These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the trial use of Wilbur (the “Service”), operated by Moondog&Co Ltd, under its UN/DO brand, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 15594345) with its registered office at Elmfield House, New Yatt Road, Witney, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, OX28 1PB (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Trial Nature of the Service
The Service is provided strictly on a trial and evaluation basis.
We may modify, suspend, or withdraw the Service at any time without notice.
No commitment is made as to the continuation, commercialisation, or availability of the Service beyond the trial.
2. Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is experimental and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs.Any reliance on the Service is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moondog&Co Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or harm (including, without limitation, loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data) arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
3. Data Use and Privacy
The Service does not use your conversations or data to train, fine-tune, or otherwise modify the underlying GPT model.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your interactions are private to you and not shared with other users.
We may collect limited anonymised or aggregated usage data to monitor, support, and improve the Service.
4. Contact Information, Marketing and Communications
We may collect basic contact information, including your name and email address.
We may contact you for purposes connected with the Service, such as updates, support, or feedback.
With your consent where required by law (including the UK, European Economic Area, United States of America, and United Arab Emirates), we may also use your details to send marketing communications about our products or services. You may withdraw consent or opt out at any time.
You may request removal of your contact information from our records at any time by contacting us. We will delete it promptly, except where retention is required by law.

All intellectual property rights in the Service and related materials remain the exclusive property of Moondog&Co Ltd.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during the trial for evaluation purposes only.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

You must not use the Service: (a) for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes; (b) in a way that infringes third-party rights; or (c) in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we suspect misuse.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or comments relating to the Service, you agree that we may use such feedback freely for any purpose without obligation to you.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time and for any reason, without liability. You may discontinue use at any time.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Nothing in this Section affects any mandatory protections to which you are entitled under the laws of your country of residence, including (without limitation) consumer protection rights under the laws of the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States of America, or the United Arab Emirates.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Moondog&Co Ltd regarding the trial use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
11. Survival
Provisions relating to liability, privacy, intellectual property, user obligations, feedback, governing law, and survival shall remain in effect following termination of these Terms.
